This may be the longest Quest line of them all, it will end adding 3 last TPs and rising you basic stats.
99% of the players use to just skip them all, but guess what? now you have a reason to do them.

Rewards[]
Rewards for the completion of all the quests include Permanent Basic Stats Increase and Talent Points.
The Quests are grouped into 4 Quest Lines, each with their own rewards. They also need to be done in Sequence.

A Clear Scroll can be used to 'skip' the quests, available in the Cash Shop. As the Blessings of the Gods quest covers all of the game's quest, it is rare but possible for it to become stuck when a quest was completed out of sequence. In this case the NPC will not give the next quest because it was completed however the Priest may not be able to track the completion. In this case the Clear Scroll helps get around an otherwise catastrophic situation.
Blessing of Gods - Trainee Island[]
This quests start at the very beginning of your journey, at the Trainee Island. Complete the following quests and grants +3 Luck upon completion:
Make sure to travel to the Spawn Area for your Character's Class, its the place where you first spawn when creating a new character, start from there.
After completing the quests on Trainee Island the next quests are available in Laksy, Katan and Horizon, you have to do them all, yes.

With that, you have now successfully completed the Blessing of the Gods quests and if you have done so without using a Clear Scroll then you really deserve a far greater reward than just the TP and stat increases you have received along the way!
