Once you have reached Lv50 plus JLv40 you may choose your 2nd Job. You may also choose to delay this 2nd Job transfer until JLv50. That will earn you 10 job levels of Overbreeding. You cannot delay 2nd Job transfer beyond JLv50.
Your basic stats are boosted at 2nd Job transfer. This boost is tailored to your choice of 2nd Job.
