Walkthrough
Make your way through the portal at the center of Shadowfield Basin. You will be teleported to Dragon's Nest. The Crystalus is a flower which can be found by the dragon bones to the north of the Nest.
There will be at least twenty lv 200 red ancient dragons there waiting for you. Thankfully they do not seem to have a wide aggro rate, so you can pick them off if you are at least 165 and geared up - or just bring a friend.
Note that at lv 200 your lak chip will not always land, so you'll have to work extra hard to make your way through.
