Kill 1x Summoned Abhuva. This quest requires that you use your Master Crystal from your inventory, you should put it on a free slot of your skills bar. This crystal gives you a buff.
This is the order you should act:
If the boss did not show up, probably you didnt had the buff from the Master Crystal on. Drop the quest, get the buff and take again the quest from the NPC.
Now go and kill the boss.
Conclusion
When the boss (or monsters) are defeated, talk to the NPC and exit the chamber using the cube crystal.
