The Ifrit takes the form of a mystic Genie with a green skin. The pet is a favorite for many magic-users and pet classes due to its admirable damage dealing capacities and quick skill recharge.
The creature has a very high Magic Attack attribute and is heavily reliant on its skills to deal very heavy magical damage and healing. In Player vs. Player combat, the Ifrit is probably the best support-type/secondary pet, due to its great Damage Dealing aptitudes and extremely efficient healing, although it's low HP and defensive attributes make it an easy and vulnerable target. Also noteworthy is how great the Genie and Ifrit complement each other to produce one of the most well-balanced and deadly Dual Summon combos ever made in Rappelz.
Staged Ifrit has proven to be almost perfect as a tier 6 pet. With more vitality and damage dealing he covers his negatives. Mostly with a master pet class he can be used as a main pet.
Probably the only drawback to Genies and Ifrits is that their skillset is so vast that you will need to sacrifice one or two skills to maximize the others. Both are incredible pets, but they are definitely amongst the hardest to raise properly.
