Job Level

You must spend Job Points (JP) to increase Job Level (JLv).

As you increase your character's JLv:

the basic stats increase in a pattern unique to your Job and Race
additional skills in your skill tree are unlocked

You cannot delevel your character's Job Level, even if it dies.
