Reducing Cube

Reducing Cubes come in many tiers, starting at T2. These are available from Merchants. Combine a reducing cube, Reduction Tool Set, and any broken item (from cube enchantment) to get back 1/2 of the cubes used in the item with the broken item destroyed.
