a FANDOM USER is an unregistered user? are those autorized to edit pages? In any case this page needs to be transformed using the existing Quest Template. To do that:

hit the 'Edit Page Buton'
hit the 'Insert' buton at the toolbar
hit 'Template'.
in the searchbox type 'quest', choose 'Questpage'
Fill the required fields and save your changes.
