There are two pillars of light: one in the North-West corner, the other in the South-East corner of the room. Activate the quest, and find your way back to the Trial Assistant. Re-take the quest (to improve your time and get more points for completing the quest). First collect the pillar in the North-West and then either Click the ceiling (see below) to run through the walls to the other pillar or have someone in your party who is standing on the other pillar of light and click follow on them.
