Kill 5x Master Zombie Crew (Here you can use the Scrolls Of Petrification given to one of the NPCs)
This quest requires that you use your Master Crystal from your inventory, you should put it on a free slot of your skills bar. This crystal gives you a buff.
This is the order you should act:
If the boss did not show up, probably you didnt had the buff from the Master Crystal on. Drop the quest, get the buff and take again the quest from the NPC.
Now go and kill the boss.
